Alok Vaish

Alok Vaish is the Group CFO at Servify. Alok was previously the President & CFO at Jubilant Life Sciences Limited from October 2019 to September 2020. Jubilant Life Sciences Limited is an integrated global pharmaceutical and life sciences company engaged in Pharmaceuticals, Life Science Ingredients and Other businesses including Drug Discovery & Development Solutions and India Branded Pharmaceuticals with about US$1.3 billion in revenues.

From December 2007 to October 2019, Alok Vaish was the Group CFO at Yatra Online Pvt Ltd. Alok was part of the core Leadership team and the second-most senior person reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors. Alok was responsible for setting overall strategic direction, long-term planning, fund raising, mergers & acquisitions, financial planning, budgeting, cash-flow management, investor relations, legal and corporate secretarial functions and Administration.

Alok Vaish took the Company public in US by listing on NASDAQ in December 2016 – market capitalisation of approx. US$350million – raised capital of US$150million. Alok also raised US$115 million from top-notch VCs and Hedge Fund investors in prior private placement rounds.

Alok Vaish completed their MBA in Finance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Alok then went on to complete their CS in Companies Act, Legal & Secretarial from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Lastly, they completed their ACA in Finance and Accounts from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
