Bharat Jain

Bharat Jain is the Chief of Staff at Servify. Bharat has also served as the CFO and Head of Corporate Functions at Servify and Head of Treasury & Planning at Star India. Bharat has over 9 years of experience in strategic financial planning, budgetary control, and financial modeling.

Bharat Jain began their career in 2012 as the Head of Mobility Financial Planning & Analysis at Tata Teleservices Ltd. In this role, they were responsible for the formulation and implementation of a structured financial review process for the company. Bharat also played a key role in the development of the company's annual operating plan, medium and long-term business plans, and partner in execution of all deployment of plans, monitoring, and review mechanisms.

In 2015, Bharat Jain joined Star India as the Head of Treasury & Planning. In this role, they were responsible for the budgetary control of direct costs of the business and continuous optimization and operational support to the business on channel management, devices procurement, roaming operations (national and intra-circle), Strategic Distribution and Branded Retail. Bharat also developed models for evaluating various business case scenarios for effective risk management and mitigation.

In 2018, Bharat Jain joined Servify as the CFO & Head of Corporate Functions. In this role, they were responsible for corporate development, business operations support, legal, and secretarial functions. Bharat also played a key role in the formulation, implementation, and review of

Bharat Jain is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Bharat has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Mumbai and specializes in contracts, constitutional law, and corporate law.
