Chirag Shah

Chirag Shah has over sixteen years of experience in tax and finance roles. Chirag is currently the Co-owner and Senior Director of Tax and Finance at Servify, where they lead the group Tax function in seven countries and is responsible for treasury and financial planning and analysis. Prior to this, Chirag worked as a Director of Tax and Finance at Servify and as a General Manager of Tax and Finance. Chirag also served as a Tax Director at KPMG India for four years. Earlier in their career, Chirag held roles as an Associate Director and Senior Manager of Taxation at BDO Consulting Private Limited, a Tax Manager at Shanker Iyer & Co, a Senior Associate at KPMG India, and an Assistant Manager at Haribhakti & Co. Chirag has extensive experience in areas such as international transactions, expatriate taxation, tax due diligence, transfer pricing, and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Chirag has demonstrated the ability to work both independently and as an effective team member throughout their career.

Chirag Shah completed their education in the following institutes and degrees:

- From 1998 to 2001, they attended P.D.Lions College of Commerce & Economics, where they earned a BCOM degree in Commerce.

- From 2001 to 2004, they studied at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, where they obtained a CA degree in Taxation, Finance, and Accounts.

- In 2002, they briefly attended Welingkar Institute of Management, specializing in Finance and Financial Management Services, and obtained a PGDFM degree.
