Jeetendra Sharma

Jeetendra Sharma has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and marketing. Jeetendra currently holds the position of Co-owner & Director of Product Management at Servify since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Product Management at Servify from June 2021 to October 2021 and as the General Manager of Products from April 2019 to June 2021.

Before joining Servify, Jeetendra worked at Free A Billion as the AVP of Product Management and Marketing from September 2017 to March 2019. Jeetendra also served as a Product Manager at Mobileum from August 2016 to August 2017.

Earlier in their career, Jeetendra worked at Flytxt as the Senior Manager of Product Marketing from April 2015 to August 2016 and as the Manager of Product Management from October 2012 to March 2015. Jeetendra also gained experience as a Product Manager at Netcore Solutions from February 2011 to October 2012.

Jeetendra's work journey began at Reliance Communications, where they worked in the Products and Solutions division of the Reliance Technology Innovation Centre/RTS from September 2008 to February 2011.

Jeetendra Sharma completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from the University of Lucknow between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Computer Science from an undisclosed institution from 2003 to 2006. Jeetendra completed their Intermediate degree in Mathematics from Pioneer Montessory Inter College between 2001 and 2003, and their High School degree in Science from the same college between 1999 and 2001. In terms of additional certifications, Jeetendra acquired a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in November 2020. Jeetendra also obtained various certifications, such as Emotional Design, User Experience, Google Analytics, Human-Computer Interaction, and others from institutions like the Interaction Design Foundation, Google, and Coursera between 2016 and 2017.
