Mandeep Virdi

Mandeep Virdi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mandeep is currently working as the Director of Talent Management at Servify, where they are responsible for the development of talent, organizational strategies, and people strategies across various countries. Prior to this, they were the Head of Human Resources at Esri India, leading the people strategy and HR operations for India employees. Mandeep also held the position of Head of Organizational Development and Strategy at Esri India, where they designed performance frameworks and tools. Mandeep has also worked at FedEx Express in various roles, including HR Services Advisor and HR Advisor, where they provided expertise and managed HR projects. Mandeep has also held positions at Welspun Group, InspireOne, International Cars & Motors Ltd., and Minda Group of Industries. Overall, Mandeep has a strong background in talent management, HR strategy, and organizational development.

Mandeep Virdi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management from the IIT Kharagpur - Vinod Gupta School of Management. Prior to this, they obtained a B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Delhi College of Engineering. Additionally, they have also obtained certifications in Assessor Certification to Design & Run Assessment Centers from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2015, Job Evaluations from Hay Group in 2014, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator - Step I & II assessments from CPP, Inc. in 2013.
