Prateek Hak

Prateek Hak is the Business Head of India at Servify. Prateek has over 9 years of experience in the industry and has previously worked with Rashi Peripherals Pvt Ltd, Syllogy Solutions, Singolar and Patni Americas. Prateek is responsible for the P&L of 225M USD (1500 Crores) Apple sales, distribution and logistics business in India. Under their leadership, the company has expanded its iPhone sales and distribution focus from three territories to pan India operation. Prateek has also grown the iPhone sales and distribution business by more than 100%. In addition, they have led RPtech’s transformation initiative to enhance retail value addition by leading initiatives that improve proximity with the retail market with significant value addition. Such initiatives include payment processing terminals, Warranty and Insurance products for mobiles, and promoter driven digital product businesses.

Prateek Hak has a MSIM from the W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University, and an MBA from the same school. Prateek also has a B.E (Hons) from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Prateek is certified from Oracle as an Oracle Siebel 7.0 Certified Consultant.
