Rochelle Xaavier

Rochelle Xaavier is the Co-owner and Human Resources professional at Servify, where they focus on learning and development, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance training initiatives. Previously, Rochelle worked as an HR Professional at B2X Care Solutions from 2015 to 2018, where they managed the employee life cycle and contributed to HR policy development. They also gained early experience as a Human Resources Trainee at SMERA Gradings & Ratings Private Limited. Rochelle holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai and a BA in Sociology from Sophia College.
