Sanghoon Kwon

Sanghoon (Sam) Kwon is the Co-owner and Senior Director of the Warranty Business for North America at Servify, a position held since 2021. Prior to this, they served as Regional Key Account Director at bolttech from 2020 to 2021, focusing on mobile device protection programs in Southeast Asia. Sanghoon Kwon's extensive experience at Samsung Electronics spanned over a decade, where they led initiatives such as the Galaxy foldable device strategy and managed product development for markets in China and Southeast Asia. Their educational background includes studies at Syracuse University and Darrow School.
