Vipul Parmar

Vipul Parmar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Co-owner and Vice President at Servify since November 2018, Vipul previously held the position of Co-owner and Sr. Director at the same company. At Tata Teleservices, Vipul has been the National Head of Installation & Repair since September 2014, overseeing a large team of over 140 employees and 2,000 outsourced personnel across nine regions, while managing various product installations and repairs. Prior to this role, Vipul was the Head of Customer Care at STARCOMMS, responsible for a team of 250 employees and the management of 30 service centers nationally. With a foundational career at Tata Teleservices Ltd. starting in 2002 as Regional Service Manager, Vipul holds educational credentials from B & B College of Technology and the Indian Institute of Modern Management.
