Raffaele Muzzi

Raffaele Muzzi currently serves as a Talent Manager at SERVIOR since January 2020. Previously, Raffaele held several roles at RTL Group, including Recruitment & Training Manager and Group HR Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading recruitment and training activities, spearheading employer-branding projects, and managing internal and international mobility initiatives. Prior experience includes working as an HR Analyst at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, focusing on Talent Management, Learning & Development, and organizational development within the EMEA region. Raffaele's early career included an internship at CFL Cargo and a summer internship at Service National de la Jeunesse. Academically, Raffaele obtained a Master’s degree in Organisations' Management and Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of Montpellier and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from the University of Luxembourg.
