Servis Realty was founded in 1998 by three partners: Bob Spero, Bernd Abromeit-Kremser and Marco Spinner, to address a perceived gap in the Property Management sphere. Their goal: build a company on the core values of honesty and integrity and stand out with exceptional customer service. We’ve watched the city (and surrounding area) grow significantly since those early days, but our commitment to their original goal remains the same.
