Joe Heung has a diverse work experience in the field of operations and engineering. 🛠Joe most recently worked at Apata as a Security & Cloud Operations professional starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at ServisBOT, where they managed AWS infrastructure, implemented serverless technology, and led compliance certification initiatives such as SOC2 Type 2 and HIPAA. 🛠Joe also worked as a Devops Engineer at both Rapid7 and Logentries, gaining expertise in security data analytics and vulnerability detection. Joe started their career at FeedHenry, where they held roles as a Senior Operations Engineer and an Operations Engineer.

Joe Heung's education history includes obtaining a Master's degree in Information Technology from the Waterford Institute of Technology, which took place from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at the same institute from 2005 to 2009.
