Brian Ballard

Brian Ballard is an experienced technician with a diverse background in information technology and operations. Currently serving as a Process Team Technician at ServIT since August 2021, Brian focuses on resolving issues for a variety of customers. Prior to this role, Brian was an Information Technology System Analyst at Softrol Systems, Inc., managing IT needs for global systems. Brian also held roles at Ernst Concrete as a Dispatcher and at C.W. Matthews Contracting Co., Inc., where responsibilities included Manager of Field Operations and IT Field/Plant Support Manager.
