Jeremy Matthews

Jeremy Matthews has extensive experience in the IT industry, currently serving as the Manager of Network Operations at ServIT since August 2008. Starting as a field service technician specializing in printers and iSeries hardware, Jeremy transitioned to the Network Operations Center in 2011, combining remote technical support with field service duties. Prior to their role at ServIT, Jeremy worked as a Field Service Technician at Rodan Technologies, Inc. from January 2004 to August 2008. Jeremy holds an Associate degree in Information Systems Technologies from Catawba Valley Community College, attained between 2001 and 2004.
