Mark Crumbley

Mark Crumbley has extensive experience in system engineering and technical support, currently serving as Tier 2 Support at ServIT since October 2016. Prior to this role, Mark worked at Delta Air Lines as a Systems Engineer specializing in Backup and Recovery from May 2011 to January 2016, having returned to Delta after a 4.5-year tenure at IBM. During their time at IBM from May 2006 to May 2011, Mark held the position of Storage Advisory Engineer focused on NetBackup and served as an Advisory Engineer. Mark's earlier career includes serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at Delta Technology from June 1997 to September 2006 and as GIS Coordinator for Cobb County Water System from October 1989 to May 1997, where responsibilities included the administration of geographical information systems and database management.
