Jeff Nelson is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in technical consulting and service management. Currently serving as Delivery Lead and Technical Consultant at Servos since July 2021, Jeff previously held various roles at Crossfuze, including Technical Consultant and Associate Technical Consultant, from 2019 to July 2021. At Virteva, Jeff contributed as a Service Now Technician II and an Onboarding Technician from September 2011 to June 2020, bridging the gap between new customers and the managed services team, while also supervising a team of Service Desk Analysts. Earlier career experience includes troubleshooting at Corporate Technologies as a Helpdesk Technician. Jeff holds an Associate degree in Applied Science-Computer Networking Systems from ITT Technical Institute and a High School Diploma from Monticello High School.
