Joseph Garcia has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Joseph currently works at Servos as a Delivery Lead - Solution Architecture. Before that, they worked as a Solutions Architect at NewRocket and TrueBlue Inc. In their role at TrueBlue Inc., they successfully introduced and implemented ServiceNow in a global enterprise corporate environment and led the team providing administration and training for all departments. Prior to that, they worked as a Desktop Support Specialist at Summit Health and as a User Support Specialist at Mount St. Mary's University.
