James Colliar

James Colliar has a diverse and extensive work experience in the industrial and engineering sectors. James is currently the Vice President at Servotech Inc, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at Seeking Sustainable Disruptive Adventures from 2021 onwards, where they focused on product development and lean methodologies. From 1988 to 2021, they worked at CNH Industrial in multiple senior director positions, responsible for cross-segment product development, vehicle electronics, product development tools & methods, crop production product engineering, platform management, and vehicle engineering. James also served as the Director of Vehicle Engineering & Technical Center Leader, Head of Product Engineering, Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Design Engineer during their tenure at CNH Industrial. Their experience showcases a strong background in leading and managing teams, implementing lean practices, and driving innovation in product development.

James Colliar attended Newcastle University where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in the field of Engineering. James then pursued further education at Anglia Ruskin University, earning a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Chartered Engineer from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in 1993.
