Ron Burg, van der has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Ron began their career as the Director of ICT & Facility Management at NEM BV, where they focused on rationalization projects and implementing business applications. Ron then transitioned to the role of CEO at Ambitius, an independent software vendor, where they managed the company and oversaw sales and implementation. Afterward, they worked as a Consultant and Interim Manager at Auditconnect b.v., leading various consultancy projects in the private and public sectors. Following this, Ron joined Servoy B.V. as the CEO, before taking on the role of Global Manager Professional Services, where they managed a team of consultants and improved customer focus. Later, they became the COO at Servoy, contributing to the company's mission and optimizing internal processes. Most recently, they became the CEO of Logistics.solution.builders. Throughout their career, Ron has demonstrated a strong focus on growth, optimization, and customer satisfaction.

Ron Burg, van der completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Inholland University of Applied Sciences in 1990. In 1990-1991, they attended Eindhoven University of Technology to study Techniek & Maatschappij. Later, from 2000 to 2003, they pursued an MSc in ICT Management from both CIBIT and Middlesex University.
