Bill Buckley

Bill Buckley has extensive experience in IT operations and management, currently serving as the Senior Manager for IT Infrastructure and Cloud Operations at Servpro Industries, Inc. since April 2018. In this role, Bill oversees a comprehensive 'Cloud First' IT Operations strategy, focusing on AWS Architecture, LAN/WAN, VOIP, and Virtual Desktop Support. Previously, Bill held several leadership positions at XO Communications from 2004 to 2016, including Vice President of Information Technology, where responsibilities encompassed Cyber Security and Data Center Operations. Bill's career began at NEXTLINK and the Internal Revenue Service, showcasing a strong background in team management and vendor relationships.
