Brian Voss

Brian Voss is a seasoned operations executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Franchise Operations Officer at SERVPRO since August 2021, Voss has previously held prominent positions including Vice President of Operations at CKE Restaurants, Inc. and Vice President of Operations at 7-Eleven, where responsibilities also included serving as Senior Director of Operations and Market Manager for the City of Chicago. Earlier, Voss contributed to Brunswick Corporation as Director of Business Development for Brunswick Latin America and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. Voss began a military career in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Captain from 1997 to 2002. Academic credentials include an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BS from the United States Naval Academy.
