Chad Young is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in restoration and construction management. Currently serving as General Manager at SERVPRO since November 2020, Chad has also held similar leadership roles at Hays and Sons Complete Restoration, Deas Construction Company, Inc., and First Atlantic Restoration, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, ensuring quality, and maintaining profitability across various departments. Previously, Chad has been the President of Young Custom Homes and Remodeling and Community Development, Inc., overseeing multiple divisions such as construction, sales, and finance. With a robust background in project management and a focus on compliance with building standards, Chad is well-equipped in the restoration and construction industries, supported by certifications in smoke and fire restoration as well as water damage restoration.
