Constantine (Gus) Koukoulis is an accomplished professional in the construction and project management sector, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Concierge Programs at SERVPRO since March 2023, overseeing a team dedicated to managing national concierge program workflows. With a robust background that includes roles such as Sr. Project Manager for the NE Region at SERVPRO and Vice President of Residential Construction at CLK Properties, Koukoulis has extensive experience in capital improvements, project budgeting, and management across various companies, including Onekey, LLC, UDR, and American Tech, Inc. An alumnus of the City University of New York-College of Staten Island, Koukoulis holds a BA in Philosophy and an AS in Civil Engineering Technology.
