Dawn Heed

Dawn Heed is an experienced instructional design and learning management systems professional with a strong background in e-learning and employee training. Currently serving as the Instructional Design and LMS Manager at SERVPRO since February 2021, Dawn oversees virtual online training systems, including employee certifications and safety training. Previously, as Learning Systems Manager at Service King Collision Repair Centers, Dawn successfully led the training transition to a new software system, facilitating over 20 weeks of virtual training for more than 7,300 employees. Earlier experience includes serving as LMS Administration Manager at MedSynergies, managing compliance training and e-learning initiatives. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from the University of Texas at Tyler and an Associate degree in Applied Sciences from Tyler Junior College.
