Donna Dutton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Experience at SERVPRO since July 1995, Dutton has been recognized as Woman of The Year in 2023. Previous roles at SERVPRO include Director of Customer Experience, where Dutton spearheaded innovative strategies for business development, and Executive Assistant to the President, leading a national call center team. Prior to SERVPRO, Dutton held positions at Linatex Corporation of America, Compliance Engineering, and Unilever, where responsibilities included finance assistance, compliance, and legal support. Dutton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Communications from Adelphi University and an Associate’s Degree from Nassau Community College.
