In addition, Douglas is the Founder of HillTopAve, an entertainment consulting agency that achieved $500,000 in gross revenue in its first year. Previous roles include Start-Up Associate at The IDEA Center at the University of Notre Dame, Business Development Manager at Gallant Building Solutions, Director at Vanguard QA, and Co-Founder of LYPHLine Studios.
