Heather Lazo

Heather Lazo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, sales, and recruitment. Currently serving as the Vice President at SERVPRO since December 2020, Lazo oversees sales and marketing strategies for multiple franchises and focuses on recruiting and talent management. Previous roles include Talent Management Consultant and Team Lead at Geisinger, where responsibilities encompassed talent identification and recruitment for hard-to-fill IT and finance positions.
