Jim Sweatman

Jim Sweatman has extensive experience in business intelligence and project management, currently serving as a Business Intelligence Process Analyst at Servpro Industries, Inc. since June 2005, where responsibilities include defining and implementing solutions that enhance user understanding of business intelligence. Previously, Jim held the position of Manager of Franchise Support Technologies at Servpro, providing technology leadership to the franchise network. Prior experience includes serving as Principal at PPT Concepts, focusing on project management, and Director of Development Center at HCA, where oversight was provided for a team of over 40 professionals in web application development. Jim also co-owned Major Office Suppliers from 1988 to 1993. Educational background includes an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Nashville State, with additional coursework in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and the University of Tennessee.
