Kathryn Beasley

Kathryn Beasley has extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Operations Excellence, Director of Shared Services Development, and Franchise Business Consultant at SERVPRO since July 2017, where Kathryn was recognized as the Servpro Consultant of the Year in 2020. Prior to this, Kathryn held various managerial roles at Tennessee Ace Hardware from January 2000 to June 2017, focusing on accounting, inventory, purchasing, employee relations, payroll, and training. Kathryn also served as a Regional Manager of Recruitment at Staffmark from April 1998 to December 1999 and as an Accounting/Office Manager at Rough Brothers Inc. from January 1987 to January 1997. Earlier in Kathryn's career, experience was gained as a Communication Specialist at GE from January 1986 to June 1987. Kathryn earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Business Administration from Murray State University in 1986.
