Kathy Anglea

Kathy Anglea has extensive experience in emergency response management, focusing primarily on commercial jobs for various sectors including retail, home health, financial institutions, and property management. Currently serving as a Managed Accounts Specialist at Servpro Industries, Inc. since August 2003, Kathy is responsible for job file management, conflict resolution, collections procedures, team management, and job file audits. Prior to this role, Kathy worked at ERnet Property Resource Group as a Commercial Accounts Coordinator from 2003 to 2016, and held the position of Insurance Agent and Office Manager at State Farm from 1996 to 2003, where responsibilities included providing insurance and banking services. Kathy has a background in Business Administration and Management from Volunteer State Community College and completed high school at Westmoreland High School.
