Laura Williams

Laura Williams has over two decades of experience in franchise development and expansion, currently serving as Vice President of Franchise Development at Servpro Industries, LLC since February 2012. Previous roles at Servpro include Director of Franchise Expansion, Head of Communications, and Franchise Expansion Division Manager. Laura's career at Servpro began in May 2006 as Central Region Franchise Expansion Manager. Prior to joining Servpro, Laura worked at Goody's Family Clothing as a Buyer from September 1993 to January 2003. Laura holds a Master's degree in Education from the University of Tennessee (1991-1993) and a Bachelor's degree in English from the same institution (1986-1990).
