Richard Radcliffe

Richard Radcliffe is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, marketing, and customer communications. Currently serving as Sales and Marketing Manager for Servpro Industries since June 2013, Richard oversees franchise operations in Bergen County, New Jersey, collaborating with various stakeholders to address issues related to water damage, mold, and fire damage. Previously, Richard worked as Customer Communications Manager at Express Scripts, where responsibilities included coordinating client communications for the Medicare D program. Additional roles held include Senior Account Executive at CMYK Printing, where Richard contributed to the organization’s sustainability certifications, and Account Executive at Line & Tone Group, as well as Account Manager at The Graphic Center. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Educational Communications and a Bachelor’s degree in English / Communications, both from Rowan University.
