Rick Potter has extensive experience in operations and management, primarily within the franchise and restaurant sectors. Since January 2014, Rick has held various roles at SERVPRO, including Director of Franchise Operations Support and Regional Director of Operations. Prior to this, Rick served as General Manager at Sopapilla's, overseeing operational procedures for multiple locations, and as Managing Partner at Brinker International, managing day-to-day operations and training initiatives.
