Tim Horton

Tim Horton is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in design and project management, currently serving as Principal Design Manager at SES Engineering Services since October 2025, focusing on Ministry of Justice Major Projects. As Director of Horton Engineering Services since May 2022, Tim has led various engineering initiatives while previously holding key roles, including Senior MEP Engineer at Wates Group and Project Manager at Atalian Servest AMK and VINCI Facilities. Tim's earlier career includes pivotal positions as Contract/Project Manager at Air Pro Ltd and HVAC Technician at UK Atomic Energy Authority, contributing to nuclear fusion research. Tim holds an HNC in Construction and the Built Environment with a specialization in Building Services Engineering from NCN Basford Hall and has foundational education from Lincoln College.
