Andre Adelsbach

Andre Adelsbach possesses extensive experience in information and cyber security, currently serving as VP, Group Information and Cyber Security, and CISO at SES Satellites since December 2010. Andre is also a Founding Board Member of Space ISAC and has held the position of Sicherheitsbeauftragter at MX1 Germany GmbH since December 2022. In addition, since April 2021, Andre has been the Chief Information Security Officer at GovSat. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Manager of Global IT Security at SES Satellites, Department Manager at Telindus S.A., and researcher at both Ruhr University Bochum and Saarland University. Academic qualifications include a Doktor-Ingenieur in Information Security and Cryptography from Ruhr University Bochum and a Diplom in Computer Science from Universität des Saarlandes, specializing in information security and cryptography.
