Andre Engelbrecht

Andre Engelbrecht is an experienced professional in the field of satellite communication and solutions engineering, currently serving as Manager Solutions Engineering for Core Space & Ground Infrastructure at SES Satellites since May 2016, after a tenure as Senior Sales Engineer. Previously, Andre held the position of Sales Engineer at MST Global and contributed to VSAT services at Broadlink, where design and implementation of Ku-Band Idirect VSAT platforms were key responsibilities. Andre's early career included various roles in product management and business development focused on VSAT solutions at Internet Solutions, as well as channel partner management at Sentech. Educational qualifications include a Management Advancement Program from Stellenbosch UBS and a CCNE degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Torque-IT, further complemented by extensive technical training in Cisco and Microsoft technologies.
