Chip Solomon is an experienced professional in the media and telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Team Lead Project Manager at SES Satellites since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles at Encompass Digital Media, Inc. from 2006 to 2019, where Solomon progressed from Project Manager to Supervisor of the Technical Operations Center, overseeing technical operations and facilitating media broadcasts for major clients such as ESPN and CBS. Additionally, Solomon managed the NASA TV project from inception to launch, contributing to the installation of fiber networks and the development of operational procedures. Prior technical experience was gained at Crawford Communications as a Technical Operations Specialist. Education includes an Associate’s Degree in Video Production from the Art Institute of Atlanta and studies at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
