Jay Yap

Jay Yap is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience spanning multiple companies and roles in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Sales Director at SES Satellites since July 2025, Jay previously held the same title at Intelsat from June 2018 to July 2025, where achievements included the 2024 MVP - Deal of the Year and the 2021 Sales Executive of the Year awards. Jay's prior roles encompass Regional Sales Manager at Cvent, VP Sales and Sales and Alliance Director at DigitalRoute, and Regional Director at Comptel, showcasing a strong track record in driving significant sales performance and revenue growth. Early in the career, Jay held the position of Area Sales Manager at Tecnomen and Senior Engineer at Nokia, further solidifying a robust foundation in sales, technical leadership, and project management.
