Jim Charles is an experienced telecommunications and engineering professional with a diverse background in the industry. Currently serving as a Communications Technician and Sales/Solutions Engineer at SES Satellites since May 2018, Jim has previously worked as a Network Consulting Engineer at Cisco, where support was provided to the on-air transmission team at NBC Universal Technology Center.
