Luana Capus

Luana Capus is a Flight Dynamics Engineer at SES Satellites since April 2022, where responsibilities include investigating current practices, simulating space object environments, and developing a machine learning prototype for maneuver planning in response to collision warnings. Prior experience includes roles as a Junior Flight Dynamics Engineer and Engineering Intern at SES Satellites, where Luana focused on automating avoidance maneuvers within the Flight Dynamics team. Luana also served as a Teaching Assistant for System Design at Technische Universiteit Delft and worked as a System Engineer at Da Vinci Satellite. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, alongside a Bachelor's degree and a high school diploma in Mathematics-information technology.
