Luis Jimenez

Manager, Customer Service Systems

Luis Jimenez has extensive experience in the telecommunications and satellite industries, currently serving as Manager of Customer Service Systems at SES since 2006. In this role, responsibilities include managing the global operations of a Satellite Monitoring System that supports SES' fleet of telecommunications satellites. Prior to this position, Luis worked at GE Americom as Supervisor of the Payload Management Center, overseeing a team of Communication Technicians, and held the role of Communications Technician at GTE Spacenet. Luis began his career as an Assistant Professor in Electronics Technology at the Metropolitan Institute of Science & Technology, teaching various subjects related to Electronics. Luis also served as an Electronics Technician in the United States Air Force. Luis holds an Associate's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from Capitol Technology University.
