Mark Van Es is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in lead management and marketing effectiveness. Currently serving as the Marketing Effectiveness Manager at SES Satellites since July 2018, Mark leads a global team in analyzing marketing data, managing lead generation, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance business opportunities. Prior to this role, Mark held interim positions at SES, developing lead management processes and improving response times significantly. Mark's previous experience includes optimizing lead processes for Elsevier's Health Science division, where a substantial increase in the marketing pipeline was achieved. Mark has a solid background in emergency services, having served as an EMS Healthcare Provider and 911 Dispatcher, which provided valuable skills in high-pressure situations. Mark holds a Master’s Degree in History from Pittsburg State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration & European History from the College of the Ozarks.
