Matthew Cannon

Matthew Cannon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in voice solutions and network engineering. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Access Network Engineering at SES Satellites since August 2017, Matthew leads initiatives focused on next-generation access network vision technologies. Prior to SES, Matthew held the position of Senior Director for Voice and IP Services Engineering at Time Warner Cable from March 2004 to January 2017, where responsibilities included managing a substantial product line exceeding $2 billion and overseeing a team of architecture and design engineers. Matthew's career at Time Warner Cable also featured roles as Director/Manager and Sr. Engineer, focusing on voice infrastructure design and VoIP interconnects. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from DeVry University.
