Michelle Caldeira is a seasoned legal and regulatory professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and satellite sectors. Currently serving as the Regulatory Director at SES Satellites since July 2015, Michelle oversees market access, licensing, and compliance activities in Latin America, while also managing advocacy efforts and representing company interests in various regulatory forums. Michelle's previous roles include Vice-President at Associação Brasileira dos Operadores de Satélite, Director at Sindisat, and leading regulatory departments at Hispamar Satélites S.A., among others. Michelle holds a Master's in Law and Development from IDP, a certification in Law and Technology from Insper, and an MBA from FGV, complementing a foundational law degree from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
