Phil Rigby

Phil Rigby has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the telecommunications and satellite industries. Currently, Phil serves as Director of Special Projects at O3b Networks, focusing on major construction initiatives, site development, HVAC, power systems, and operations center build-out since 2010. Prior roles include Senior Engineer at O3b Networks, where responsibilities encompassed engineering and facilities infrastructure work. Phil has also held positions as Product Development Manager with HEAV, IT Coordination at New Skies Satellite, Inc., and various engineering roles at New Skies Satellites and MCA Research, culminating in a VP Telecommunications position at Arrowhead Space and Telecommunications.
