Robert Segredo has extensive experience in the telecommunications and information technology sectors, with a career spanning over two decades at SES Satellites since September 1996. Currently serving as Manager of Service Assurance Tools, Robert oversees support tools for Global Customer Operations and Network Operations Centers, while also acting as product owner for ServiceNow. Prior roles include Manager of NetOps Systems & Readiness Support for Intelsat, where responsibilities included operational readiness for new products, and Manager of IT Operations, overseeing global IT systems and data center operations. Robert has also contributed to the Project Management Institute - Atlanta Chapter as a PMI PM Peer Mentor and represented the University of Florida Association of Hispanic Alumni in the Atlanta region. Prior to SES, Robert managed service operations at Computer SuperCenter. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Information Management from Syracuse University. Additional education includes coaching training from iPEC Coaching.
