Thyago Consort

Thyago Consort has extensive experience in spacecraft program management, currently serving as Manager of Spacecraft Programs at SES Satellites since May 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing multiple spacecraft procurement programs. Prior roles include Engineer for Spacecraft Systems, also at SES, and Satellite Platform Engineer at Star One, which involved extensive project oversight and engineering support. Thyago's earlier career includes software development at Marlin and research positions at Caltech and UFRJ, focusing on autonomous navigation and speech recognition systems. Thyago holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and a Minor in Control and Dynamical Systems from Caltech, supplemented by leadership training through the SES Leadership Development Program.
