Tommy Chee

Tommy Chee is an experienced professional in the field of spectrum management and engineering, currently serving as the Vice President of Spectrum Management & Development for APAC at SES Satellites since February 2020. Prior to this role, Tommy was the Principal Advisor for Spectrum Planning at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment from October 2013 to January 2020. Previous positions include Assistant Director of Engineering at Free TV Australia and RF Engineer at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. Tommy began an academic career as a Lecturer at the University of Adelaide after earning a PhD in Engineering (Wireless Communications) from the same institution, where Tommy also completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
