Marek Tymecki

Marek Tymecki is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investor relations and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the IR & M&A Manager at Sescom since February 2018, Marek oversees corporate governance and manages M&A projects. Previously, Marek worked at 4Capital from June 2013 to January 2018, where responsibilities included advising listed companies on capital markets and preparing financial analyses and reports. Marek holds a Master's degree in International Finance and Banking from the University of Gdansk and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, along with additional education from Gdańsk University of Technology.
