Devis Mejia

Devis Mejia has been working in the software engineering field since 2012. In that year, they began their career as a Fleet Coordinator for mytaxi, a company that established a direct connection between passengers and taxi drivers. Devis then moved to Hailo, where they worked as a Business Support, and then to Peek.com, where they were a Production Coordinator. In 2016, they became a Junior Web Developer for POWr, and in 2019 they joined The Grace Hopper Program at Fullstack Academy as a Full Stack Software Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, Devis joined Seso Inc. as a Software Engineer. At Seso, they are working to create a labor marketplace for agriculture to reduce the $15B in annual losses due to a labor shortage.

Devis Mejia attended The Grace Hopper Program at Fullstack Academy in 2019, where they studied Computer Software Engineering. They also attended Northern Virginia Community College, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General.
